General Delivery Information

Bedsonline deliver Australia-wide. Delivery times vary depending on the items you choose and your location. As a general guide all mattress deliveries to Capital cities will cost $29 no mater how many items you buy and will be delivered within 7-12 working days. Pillows and other accessories which can be posted cost $12 nationwide per item.


Delivery Cost & Times

Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Deliveries

Delivery of large items such as your mattress or bed frame will cost only $29. Pillows and other lightweight items that can be sent via Australia Post will cost approx. $12. Please allow between 7-12 working days for delivery of your order.

Perth Deliveries

 Mattress and ensemble deliveries in Perth will cost only $55 and are delivered within 7-12 working days of placing your order. Pillows and other lightweight items that can be sent via Australia Post will cost approx. $12. Large furniture items such as timber bed frames, tallboys and wardrobes will require a delivery quote. Please email your post code and product of interest to: sales@bedsonline.com.au  


Other Major Cities

If you live approximately 100km from a capital city delivery will cost between $90-$120. For example Newcastle and the Sunshine Coast will cost $90 and Canberra will cost $120. To find-out what your delivery cost cost simply add the item to your cart and click the 'Estimate Delivery' button located on the cart page. Please allow between 7-14 working days for delivery of your order.

Rural & Regional Deliveries

Australia is a big place and deliveries to regional areas vary greatly. Don't despair, simply email us your postcode and item(s) of interest and we'll find the most competitive delivery cost for you.



All deliveries are kerbside, that is, to your front door only but most couriers will assist you in taking the items into the room of your choice when asked. Driver Assistance can be provided by prior arrangement if you are unable to assist the courier in taking the items to your room. 


Driver Assist - Premium delivery Service

Don't lift a finger! For an additional fee of $42, we'll provide two delivery men that will place your order in any room of your choice, regardless of how many bends and stairs you place in front of us!


60-Day In-Home Trial

When you purchase a mattress from BedsOnline you'll have 60 nights to make sure that you're 100% comfortable. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 14 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress to suit your personal inpidual preference. If you decide to exchange your mattress within the 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee in-home trial period, simply email us or phone us on 1300 112 337 and we will gladly exchange your mattress for you. In order to adequately assess if the bed is suitable to your personal requirements, we require you to sleep on the bed for a 14 day period. You must contact us on 1300 112 337 or email us at customerservice@bedsonline.com.au within the 60 Day period. Please include your name, original order number and the item you are returning and the replacement item.

  • The 60 Night In-Home Trial period begins the day you receive your mattress.
  • All returned items must be in original/good condition
  • You may exchange your mattress or ensemble once within the 60-Day In-Home Trial period.
  • One exchange per item is permitted.
  • You must keep the original packaging so that our delivery team can use it again when returning your bed.
  • The 60-Day In-Home Trial Guarantee is void if product is, altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.
  • Your mattress/bed can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase.
  • If the replacement mattress you select is more expensive you will be required to pay the balance of the difference between the two products. 
  • If the replacement product is less expensive you will be provided with a store credit which is valid for 12 months.
  • Pillows, accessory items, manchester and bedroom furniture are not included in the 60-Day In-Home Trial Guarantee
  • You are responsible for delivery charges of the replacement mattress and the return of the initial purchase back to the BedsOnline warehouse (minimum $79 delivery fee).
  • Delivery or freight fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges between sizes are not permitted.
  • All exchanges and cancellations are subject to BedsOnline approval.
  • All credits will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at BedsOnline.


Returns & Exchanges

BedsOnline offer a 30-Day return policy on all furniture items. Pillows and sheets are excluded from our returns policy and mattresses can be exchanged under our 60-Day In-Home Comfort Trial (You can find out more view our 60-Day In-Home Trial above).

In order to issue a refund or store credit the item(s) must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase. Original packaging is also required so that we can safely transport the item back to our warehouse.

You will receive a full refund, less the inbound and outbound delivery costs associated with the returned goods. Delivery costs will vary according to the item(s) and your location.

How long will delivery take?

90% of our customers receive their order within 5-12 working days in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth. Delivery times do vary depending on the item selected and your location.

Which days do you deliver? 

Deliveries take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 9am-6pm. Weekend deliveries can be arranged by prior arrangement or by prior arrangement in Sydney & Melbourne.

Will I receive advance notice?

Yes. BedsOnline will email you the delivery date on items that require you to be home within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends). No need to grab your calendar just yet we'll also phone you one-day prior to your delivery as a reminder. During this call we'll arrange a delivery TIME. The appointment window is typically a four hour window period. 

What if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home when we arrive all mattresses and furniture items will be returned to our depot for safe keeping and you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.  

Can I pick up my goods?

Yes, we have two collection points in Sydney and one located in Melbourne:

Can you remove my old mattress?

Yes, we offer a collection service in Melbourne & Sydney Metro Areas only. For a small additional fee of $50 per item our delivery team will remove and dispose of your old mattress. For example, disposing of a queen mattress will cost $50 and the removal of a queen mattress and base will cost $100.

What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
Faulty goods and transit damage may occur from time-to-time. All  items are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse and we encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that an item is found to be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us on 1300 112 337 within 24 hours. We will replace, repair or refund any item that is found to be defective or faulty at no expense to you whatsoever. All damaged items must be notified in writing with accompanying photos, within 48 hours tocustomerservice@bedsonline.com.au

Your complaint will be acknowledged and will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and effectively. You will be kept fully informed of all progress made.
