Our sales & sleep consultants are available 7-Days a week and can advise and take your order over the phone. Simply call 1300 112 337 9am-7pm Monday-Friday or 10am-5pm on Saturday and Sundays.
Visit a showroom
We have two showrooms in Sydney NSW and one located in Noble Park Victoria. We’re open 7-Days so you can drop by when it suits you best.

What happens once I place an order?
After placing an order, you will automatically be sent an “Order Confirmation” email containing your order number, items ordered, the total of your order and your delivery details. If you have paid in full this email is your receipt. For orders not paid by credit card the order is not complete until payment is received. Once your order is complete someone will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
How can I check on the progress of my order?

Can I order from a real person, rather than online?
Yes, you can call one of our sleep consultants on 1300 112 337. Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST. Our sleep consultants are ready to discuss your needs over the phone or leave a message anytime and we will return your call.
I found a bed elsewhere, can you obtain this for me?
Should you not be able to find what you are looking for on our Web Site, we will make every effort to try obtain a particular bed or mattress for you. Simply call us on 1300 112 337 Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST and one of our sleep consultants will assist you. Alternatively send us an email with the details of the bed or mattress you require.
I am experiencing technical difficulties, is there someone I can talk to for assistance?

When must I pay for my order?
Credit Card payments are made after you click the "Submit My Order" button. Direct Debit orders require clearance of the full price within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. Orders can only be delivered after payment is received.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
Yes. If you wish to pay for your purchase by cash or cheque please visit our showroom, located at 503 Old South Head Road, Rose Bay NSW 2029. We accept COD only by prior arrangement.
Can I pay by phone?
Yes. Simply you can pay by calling 1300 112 337 with your credit card details.
