How do I place an order?


We endeavour to make shopping on the bedsonline web site as simple as possible. So we offer a few different ways for you to place an order:

Placing an order on the bedsonline web site is safe, simple, and fast, not to mention convenient. Order online anytime day or night.

Our sleep consultants are ready to take your order over the phone. Call us on 1300 112 337 Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST or leave a message anytime and we will return your call.

Visit a showroom

What happens once I place an order?


After placing an order, you will automatically be sent an “Order Confirmation” email containing your order number, items ordered, the total of your order and your delivery details. If you have paid in full this email is your receipt. For orders not paid by credit card the order is not complete until payment is received. Once your order is complete will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

How can I check on the progress of my order?

Can I order from a real person, rather than online?


Yes, you can call one of our sleep consultants on 1300 112 337. Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST. Our sleep consultants are ready to discuss your needs over the phone or leave a message anytime and we will return your call.

In the unlikely event that I cannot find a particular bed / mattress on the bedsonline web site – can you obtain this for me?


Should you not be able to find what you are looking for on our Web Site, we will make every effort to try obtain a particular bed or mattress for you. Simply call us on 1300 112 337 Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm AEST and one of our sleep consultants will assist you. Alternatively send us an email with the details of the bed or mattress you require.

I am experiencing technical difficulties placing an order. Is there someone I can talk to for assistance?

Are my payments secure?

Payments made using a credit card are authorised using a leading secure credit card facility SSL. Click here for more information on our privacy and security policy.

 

When must I pay?

Credit Card payments are made after you click the "Submit My Order" button. Where you pay by BPAY, PayPal or Direct Debit you must pay the full price in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. If payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, bedsonline reserves the right to cancel the transaction. Your order is only delivered after payment is received or by special arrangement by phone.

 

Can I pay by cash or cheque?

Yes. If you wish to pay for your purchase by cash or cheque please visit our showroom,located at 503 Old South Head Road, Rose Bay  NSW 2029. We accept COD only by prior arrangement with one of our sleep consultants.

 

Can I pay by phone?

If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone please call us on 1300 112 337 with your order number and credit card details.

3. Delivery and Shipping 

 

Delivery Costs

Bedsonline offers the cheapest delivery to all Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas - only $29! (For a limited time only!)

(Please note, our delivery quotes are for ground delivery only. If you require additional delivery assistance (i.e. flights of stairs etc) please specify in the order instructions/comment box at checkout (a minimal surcharge may apply).

5-12 Working Days Delivery

At Bedsonline we value quality. All our mattresses, bases and bedroom furniture are made to the highest quality standards. Due to this, delivery times may vary between different products.

Bedsonline is able to deliver most mattress, base and furniture orders within approximately 5-12 working days of your payment (depending on stock availability). Delivery to regional areas may take longer.

All pillows, linen and manchester are sent separately through Australia Post and should arrive between 4-7 working days of your payment. (Please note: if your order contains pillows/linen/manchester as well as mattresses/furniture, your delivery will arrive in 2 stages)

Delivery Confirmation 

On receipt of your mattress or furniture order you will be receiving an email direct from our Customer Service team outlining your delivery times for your specific order.  The appointment is typically a 4 hour window period Monday to Friday or by arrangement on Saturday (at an additional cost)

Any specific delivery requests confirmed at the time of placing your order will be scheduled accordingly. However, please feel free to call 1300 112 337 with further queries and one of our service consultants will assist you.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our showroom/warehouse located at 503 Old South Head Road, Rose Bay, Sydney.

What will happen on the day of delivery?

On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 4 hour window period Monday to Friday, or by arrangement Saturday.  If requested we can call you on the day of delivery to give you a two hour delivery window. Every effort is made to ensure that the product is delivered on time. You will need someone at the delivery address who will be able to take charge of the item ordered, if you are out when the delivery arrives we will leave a card with a phone number for you to re-arrange delivery directly. If you are out we shall redeliver once for free unless we have booked a specific delivery day, a small redelivery charge may then be applied.

Will you assemble my bed?

Yes. For a small additional fee our professional delivery team can unwrap and assemble your order within the Sydney Metro Area. For all other states please phone 1300 112 337 to find out if this service is available in your area.

4. Returns and Exchange Policy

 

What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if it is found to be unsuitable, you may exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be unused, in original undamaged condition and contained within the original packaging. 

If you have purchased a mattress from Bedsonline the 60 night comfort mattress guarantee applies. All delivery and incidental charges to return the item or deliver the new item are the customer's responsibility and bedsonline delivery fees will not be refunded (minimum $79 delivery fee).

As the majority of our products are made specifically to order, we do not offer any refunds on any of our products. For more information on our 60 night comfort mattress guarantee please visit here.

Can I Change my order?

If you find that for any reason you need to change an item in your order, please call us on 1300 112 337.  Once an order has already been processed and dispatched from our warehouse we, unfortunately, cannot cancel or vary it. You will then need to follow our Returns and Exchange procedures.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us on 1300 112 337 or email us at customerservice@bedsonline.com.au with your name, original order number and the item you are returning. We will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our warehouse. Once the item is back at our warehouse, we will arrange for delivery of the replacement item.  All delivery and incidental charges to return the item or deliver the new item are the customer's responsibility and bedsonline delivery fees will not be refunded.

60 Night Comfort Guarantee

When you purchase a mattress from bedsonline you'll have 60 nights to make sure that you're 100% comfortable. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 14 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress to suit your personal individual preference. If you decide to exchange your mattress within the 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee in-home trial period, simply contact us by email or phone us on 1300 112 337 and we will gladly exchange your mattress for you. See our terms and conditions below for more details.

60 Night Comfort Guarantee Terms abd Conditions

In order to adequately assess if the bed is suitable to your personal requirements, we require you to sleep on the bed for a 14 day period. You must contact us on 1300 112 337 or email us at customerservice@bedsonline.com.au within the 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee period for a replacement recommendation. Please include your name, original order number and the item you are returning and the replacement item.

  • We will arrange for your bed to be collected and your replacement to be delivered. 
  • You are responsible for delivery charges of the replacement mattress and the return of the initial purchase back to the bedsonline warehouse (minimum $79 delivery fee).
  • All returned items must be in original condition and the packaging must be kept for transport purposes.
  • 60 night sleep trial is void if product is altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.
  • Your mattress/bed can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase.
  • Pillows, accessory items and furniture are not included in the 60 Night Comfort Trial Guarantee.
  • The 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee period begins the day you receive your mattress.
  • You may exchange your mattress or base once only within the 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee period.
  • If the replacement mattress you select is more expensive you will be required to pay the balance of the difference between the two products. If the replacement product is less expensive you will be provided with a store credit which is valid for 14 months.
  • All exchanges and cancellations are subject to bedsonline approval. 

What are the Manufactures Warranty?

Every bedsonline mattress comes with a minimum 12-month manufactures warranty to protect you from product defects. Product warranties differ between manufacturers and between different model items and most provide between 5 to 10 years warranty. Full warranty details are available with your product or simply call us on 1300 112 337 to discuss your warranty options. After you receive your purchase you must return the enclosed purchase registration with the product to the manufacturer.

What if the item is defective or damaged?

At bedsonline, we take great pride in the quality of our mattresses and bedding products. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. If an item is found to be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us on 1300 112 337 within 24 hours. As a reflection of our commitment to unwavering quality and product integrity, we will replace any item that is found to be defective at the time of delivery. We do not charge for the collection of damaged or defective items.

How can I lodge a complaint?

If you are not satisfied with the level of service you receive, please let us know by contacting us on 1300 112 337 or emailing us at customerservice@bedsonline.com.au

Your complaint will be acknowledged and will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and effectively. You will be kept fully informed of all progress made.

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Credit card details are never stored on our system or any system that is connected to the Internet and is not stored on the Bedsonline server. Information such as your name and address is stored on our server as a convenience to customers and for us to facilitate any customer service enquiries.
