Until now you had just a few minutes in a noisy department store to try and to buy a mattress that was right for you. If you made the wrong choice it was just too bad and you were stuck with it for the next ten years. BedsOnline is changing all that. We believe the best way to decide if a new bed is perfect for you is in your own home, over a period of time. That’s why you receive 101-Nights to evaluate your mattress selection. If for whatever reason, you do decide it is not right for you, simply contact us and we’ll come to your home, pack-it and exchange it for any mattress you choose.

Exchanging your Mattress

If you choose to exchange your mattress within our 101-Night period simply email or phone us on 1300 112 337 and we’ll arrange to deliver the replacement mattress of your choice on the same day we collect your original purchase to ensure you always have a bed to sleep on. Some reasonable conditions apply so please read our T&C’s below.

Terms & Conditions

  • The BedsOnline 101-Day In Home-Trial exchange applies only to mattresses and excludes bedroom furniture, such as tallboys, wardrobes, bedding, sheets and pillow products.

  • You may exchange between brands, make and models.

  • The 101-Night In-Home-Trial period commences on the day you take possession of your mattress.

  • When trialling your mattress please retain the original packaging so that our delivery team can repackage the mattress for transportation when collecting your original mattress purchase.

  • If your replacement mattress is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference between the two items before the replacement mattress can be delivered.

  • If your replacement mattress is less expensive than your original mattress purchase the difference in cost will be credited to your BedsOnline Account.

  • All credits will be issued within approximately 14-working days after the mattress has been returned and inspected by BedsOnline.

  • The 101-Night In-Home-Trial is intended to permit customers to evaluate the comfort level of a mattress and exchanges between sizes is not be permitted.

  • The 101-Night In-Home-Trial cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount and no discount or promotion can be applied to the replacement mattress.

  • Exchanges do not apply to the ensemble base.

  • Delivery and freight fees are non-refundable.

  • An Exchange fee of $79 is required before delivery of the replacement item can take place.

  • All returned items must be in original or good condition and the 101-Night In Home-Trial offer is void if the product is, altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.

  • The BedsOnline 101-Night In Home-Trial offer is limited to one exchange.

  • If you live in rural or remote area, a collection and delivery fee will apply. That fee will be determined by the distance from your location to the nearest BedsOnline Outlet and will be quoted, for your approval, upon your exchange request.

  • All exchanges and cancellations are subject to BedsOnline approval
