You really don't know if you've bought the right mattress until you get home and spend the night on it. You certainly don't get a true reading just by lying on the item in a store. It is all too quick, and you will most probably have a sales person subjecting you to everything that you want to hear about the upsides of these products.
Thats why when you buy a mattress from bedsonline you'll have 60 nights to make sure that you're 100% comfortable. If you decide to exchange your mattress within this time, you can simply email or phone us on 1300 112 337 and we will arrange for to have your mattress or ensemble collected and a new one delivered for you (delivery charges apply). There are some reasonable conditions of course, so please take a look at our Terms & Conditions below for more details.
Terms & Conditions
It can take some time for your body to adjust to your new bed. In order to adequately assess if your new bed is suitable to your personal requirements, we ask that you sleep on the bed for a minimum of 14 days before considering an exchange. You must contact us within the 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee period for a replacement recommendation. Please include your name, original order number and the item you are returning and the replacement item and we will arrange for your bed to be collected and your replacement to be delivered.
- All returned items must be in original/good condition
- You must keep the original packaging so that our delivery team can use it again when returning your bed.
- 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee is void if product is, altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.
- Your mattress/bed can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase.
- Pillows, accessory items and furniture are not included in the 60 Night Comfort Trial Guarantee.
- The 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee period begins the day you receive your mattress.
- You may exchange your mattress or base once only within the 60 Night Comfort Mattress Guarantee period.
- Customers are provided only one exchange.
- If the replacement mattress you select is more expensive you will be required to pay the balance of the difference between the two products. If the replacement product is less expensive you will be provided with a store credit which is valid for 12 months. NO REFUNDS FOR THE DIFFERENCE will be issued.
- You are responsible for delivery charges of the replacement mattress and the return of the initial purchase back to the bedsonline warehouse (minimum $79 delivery fee for Capital city metropolitan areas only). Regional areas are subject to an independent quotation.
- Mattresses may only be swapped for mattresses of the SAME size. Please be sure to select the correct option at the point of sale so as to confirm the correct option is ordered. Please check that the title of the product and the size of the product ordered are the same. Bedsonline will order the size selected and NOT THE TITLE size.
- Mattresses can be swapped for any mattress of any price, however store credit will not be issued for items that are cheaper than the original purchase.. The difference can also not be used to add accessories or other items to the order.
- For all metropolitan areas, a standard $79 will be charged for the return and exchange of the item prior to the exchange. All other regional and non-metropolitan areas will be subject to a higher cost, irrespective of the initial cost charged. In other words, if you were presented a discounted freight charge, this will not be the rate charged for the return of the item. An independent rate will be sourced and charged accordingly.
- All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Bedsonline approval.
