Why not sleep on it…literally

You really don't know if you've bought the right mattress until you get home and spend the night on it. You certainly don't get a true reading just by lying on the item in a store, It’s is all too quick.

That’s why when you buy a mattress from BedsOnline you'll have 60 nights to make sure that you're 100% comfortable. 

We recommend that you allow approximately 14 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress before selecting a new mattress. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we’ll exchange it for any new mattress of your choice. It’s that simple. 

Exchanging your mattress

If you decide to exchange your mattress within the 60-Day In-Home Trial period simply email or phone us and we’ll arrange for to have your mattress or ensemble collected and a new one delivered for you (delivery charges apply). We’ll deliver your replacement mattress and collect your original purchase on the same day to ensure you always have a bed to sleep on.

Terms & Conditions:


1). The 60-Day In Home-Trial Exchange applies only to mattresses and and excludes bedroom furniture, bedding, sheets and pillow products.

2). You may exchange your mattress or ensemble once within the 60-Night In-Home Trial period.

3). The 60-Day In Home-Trial offer is provides for one exchange only. 

4). You may exchange between brands, make and models.

5). The 60-Day In Home-Trial period will commence on the day you take possession of your mattress.

6). All returned items must be in original/good condition and the 60-Day In Home-Trial offer is void if the product is, altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.

a). it is preferred (but not essential) that you retain the original packaging so that our delivery team can use it when collecting your mattress.

7). An Exchange fee of $79 is required before delivery of the replacement item can take place.

8). Exchanges will require the return of all product parts, unless:

a). You have purchased an ensemble (mattress & base) and you elect to retain the base and exchange only the mattress.

9). Your mattress/bed can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase:

a). If your replacement item is more expensive than your original purchase, payment of the balance will be required before the replacement mattress can be delivered.

b). If your replacement item is less expensive than your original purchase the difference will be credited to your BedsOnline Account.

10). Delivery and freight fees are non-refundable. 

11). All credits will be issued within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at BedsOnline.

12). The 60-Day In Home-Trial is not intended or permited for exchanges between sizes.

13). All exchanges and cancellations are subject to BedsOnline approval.
